This is a 5 week course aimed at people who are suffering with persistent back pain and who would like to use exercise and education to try and relieve their pain.
This course consists of 5 half hour exercise sessions, and 5 sessions containing educational content about back pain.
If you are unsure as to whether this course is suitable for you, please contact us to book a 30 minute consultation with a physiotherapist who will be able to advise whether this is the right course for you. This appointment can either be face to face in one of our clinics or a remote consultation. After attending an induction you will be given a 10% discount coupon which you can use towards the purchase of this course.

Week 3 – Pain And The Brain
Week 3 of Back School covers the mental element of pain.
Back School Exercises Week 4
In week 4 Esther goes into more detail on the Cat Cow stretch and the Bird Dog exercise.
Week 4 – Pain Relief
In Week 4 Esther goes over different methods of relieving your back pain.
Back School Exercises Week 5
In the final exercise session Esther focuses on the leg pull in prone exercise in more detail.
Week 5 – Self Management
In the final week of the course Esther gives you hints and tips on how to manage your back pain.
