The Hip & Knee Exercise Course is led by Chartered Physiotherapist Ben Steele-Turner and is specifically designed to strengthen up the muscles around your hips and knees.
It is ideal for anyone who has just had or is about to have a hip or knee replacement. It is also good for anyone with arthritis in their knees.
The course is 5 weeks long and the only equipment required is a sturdy chair.

Introductory Information
Course instructor, Ben, gives some information about the course and hip and knee replacement surgeries.
Hip & Knee Exercise Course Week 1
In week 1 of the course Ben starts a gentle level, working the muscles around your hips and knees.
Hip & Knee Exercise Course Week 2
In week 2 of the course Ben progresses the exercises slightly.
Hip & Knee Exercise Course Week 3
Ben leads you through another exercise session designed to strengthen your hips and knees
Hip & Knee Exercise Course Week 4
In week 4 Ben progresses the exercises a bit more to get you working your muscles.
Hip & Knee Exercise Course Week 5
In the final week of the course Ben shows you some more progressions you can make to challenge yourself a little bit more.
