Bev is a Chartered Physiotherapist practicing in all musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. Bev graduated from Brunel university in 2017 in Physiotherapy (BSc) and spent a year working in Trauma and Orthopaedics and Neuro-rehabilitation. Bev moved into MSK Physiotherapy 4 years ago and has experience in both the NHS and private setting.
Bev is trained in APPI Pilates and the fundamentals of Biomechanics. As a Mum of two little boys, Bev has a special interest in post-partum rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, nutrition and working with anybody seeking to rehabilitate or optimise their overall health and wellbeing.
Bev works holistically with her patients. Having led on Persistent pain management in the NHS for 2 years, she believes in addition to hands-on-therapy, our role is to educate, empower and facilitate people to navigate their pain. Bev’s recent posting as a First Contact Physiotherapist has meant she has worked alongside GP’s and Consultants to streamline patient care and therefore has a thorough understanding on pathways and management protocols if someone is not progressing in their rehabilitation.
