What Is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates focuses on improving core stability and posture, making it ideal for enhancing overall physical health and strength.

Led by our team of Chartered Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists trained with the APPI, our Clinical Pilates classes ensure expert guidance and instruction. Held in our studios in Cranleigh and Dorking (or virtually through our Online Membership options), these mat-based sessions are perfect for anyone dealing with back or neck pain or recovering from injuries.

Join us to enhance flexibility, strength, and posture, while preventing future injuries through regular Pilates practice alongside an active lifestyle.

Class Information

We run small, mixed-ability classes with a maximum of 8 to 10 participants to ensure that the correct guidance and individual attention is given to everyone in the class. This allows our instructors to ensure that the exercises are being completed correctly, and if necessary, adapt the exercise to suit.

Classes are run in terms of 5 or 6 weeks, with dates for the year confirmed well in advance.

Before joining a Pilates class, you will have a 1:1 session with the instructor here in one of our locations. This is included in your plan* and in this session, you will cover the basic exercises and techniques. This session is also very important to allow our instructors to find out about any injuries you may have, enabling them to adapt the exercises in the class for you as necessary, ensuring safety and efficacy.

Our Pilates Membership runs from September to August, but new members can join at any time.
