NON ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATION

We require 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. If you do not attend, or you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, there may be a charge.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have a complaint please speak with the receptionist who should be able to resolve the majority of problems immediately.
If the receptionist has been unable to satisfactorily resolve your concerns, please telephone or write to the Operations Director at our Cranleigh address.
